Legendary Scottish producer, trans icon, and avant-garde pop artist SOPHIE passed away at age 34 in Athens, Greece. The experimental electronic artist died after an accident on January 30. "True to her spirituality she had climbed up to watch the full moon and accidentally slipped and fell. She will always be here with us," the artist's label Transgressive and Future tweeted. 

In honor of her work, gggaaallleeerrryyy wants to commemorate her contribution to the LGBTQ+ community and contemporary culture, which will never be the same. SOPHIE's record-breaking songs, such as "It's ok to cry," "BIPP," and "Ponyboy" will forever be part of the soundtrack of our lives.
