ERA is a Canadian-Israeli multimedia artist with a background in fine art. During her studies at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, she began to use music in her performance and video art pieces. 

“Fucktoy” is her second independent release, and explores the world of sexual relationships through domination and power dynamics relations. Her work combines dark and light themes while juxtaposing commercial pop with experimental music. The singer describes her work as “pop music with a twist.”
